The Area 12 Agency on Aging sponsors Family Caregiver Education & Support Groups presented by Practical Dreamer in Tuolumne and Calaveras counties.
The wait list fills rapidly, so if you think you might like to attend the twice a month group - eight meetings over a 4-month period - or would like more information, call the Area 12 Agency on Aging at (209) 532-6272 or Joan at (209) 588-1835.
This is an opportunity to:

- Discuss issues that concern you
- Receive practical information on caregiving strategies
- Learn more about how to handle your loved one’s special needs
- Learn approaches to reducing your stress or worry
Groups are offered Free Of Charge
Area 12 is sometimes able to provide in home care for loved ones to allow caregivers to attend groups without worry. Ask when you call.
